Miguel’s Artisan Recipes No. 1 on Yelp’s Top 100 Eateries for Central Valley

Miguel’s Artisan Recipes, which got its start at the Clovis Culinary Center, ranked first on Yelp’s Top 100 Eateries in California’s Central Valley-North region.

Miguel and Lisa Segura started making salsa, using Miguel’s mom’s recipes, at the Clovis Culinary Center during the pandemic. With the goal of taking a hobby to full-scale business, the couple developed a line of salsas, began teaching cooking classes at the center, catering and recently opened up a storefront at Peacock Market in Clovis.

Yelp used reviews between the summer of 2022-2023 to create its rankings. Miguel’s sales salsa, tamales, tacos and other Mexican food.
