Eating tamales is one thing, making them is another. Join us for a hands-on class in the traditional method of assembling tamales, using gourmet ingredients. Each student will learn about the preparation of the husks and masa and experience the technical assembly and steaming of the tamales. It is said that nothing is better than a freshly steamed tamale and each participant will have that experience as well as taking some home. Cost is $45 and Class is limited to 20 participants.
