In Japan, to become an itame, or sushi chef, you must complete years of training. Fortunately, with the right ingredients and a great teacher, you can learn the art of creating sushi on a matter of hours!

Chef Khun Z Min, owner of KINTSUGI will teach you the tips, tricks, and techniques of creating delicious and beautiful, homemade sushi.

Not only will you learn how to make it, you’ll also take home a complete 25-piece bento box that you create.
